Inside Murcia Residences: Construction Update on Brisbane’s Premium Apartments

We are excited to share that basement construction is now complete, with Hutchies successfully delivering all four levels over recent months.
The team has already moved into the next phase, forming and building the ground floor and podium levels. Concrete is currently being poured on the ground floor, and the site is buzzing with activity.
The jumpform system has now reached level three, meaning the building will quickly rise above the ground — with progress set to accelerate in the months ahead.
We look forward to keeping you updated as Murcia continues to take shape and the vision becomes reality.
