Murcia Residences Construction Update March

Welcome to the March construction update for Murcia Residences,Brisbane’s most exciting luxury apartment developments.

Construction is progressing at an impressive pace, with the tower now visibly rising and the structure complete up to Level 9. Works are continuing to advance beyond, with Level 10 being prepared for the next concrete pour and the jump form currently positioned at Level 13, signalling strong upward momentum on site.

To date, over 8,857 cubic metres of concrete has been poured, as Murcia continues to take shape as a landmark addition to Brisbane’s inner-city skyline.

Internally, significant progress is underway, with apartment framing, services and sanitary rough-ins now progressing across Levels 3 and 4. At the same time, bespoke joinery is being crafted off-site, ready for installation across the residences — ensuring a high level of finish and attention to detail throughout.

Externally, Murcia’s signature architectural identity is beginning to emerge. Glazing, painting and the distinctive breezeblock façade elements are now being installed, offering an early glimpse into the refined design and materiality of the finished building. At ground level, the feature curved entry arches have been completed, creating a strong and memorable arrival experience for future residents.

Delivered by Hutchinson Builders, one of Australia’s most trusted construction companies, the project continues to move forward with confidence and precision, with the tower on track to top out later this year.
